I wouldn’t want to be without this plugin now. It makes creating and managing staging environments a breeze. Although there were some unexplained errors relating to images the first time I used it, this had no impact whatsoever on the live shop.
The support team dealt with the problem straight away, and within no time at all the error was fixed and an updated version of the plugin was available in the store. The support team is also always helpful and patient when it comes to general questions about the plugin.

We have been using the extension for around two years now and are extremely satisfied with how it works and its customisable features. When an update went wrong (due to a combination of an older version of Shopware and other circumstances), we were able to call on Acris’s support, and what started as a moment of panic turned into a prime example of how such exceptional situations should be handled. From the time we first made contact (13:00) to the temporary fix (14:15) and then the update adjustment (15:40), less than three hours had passed.

The “FAQ Pro” plugin has exceeded our expectations in every respect and perfectly meets all the requirements of a modern FAQ solution. We had opened a support ticket because pagination hadn’t yet been integrated into our (older) version of Shopware. The response was simply impressive: a corresponding update was made available in less than a week – something that is by no means a given.
The support as a whole is also truly first-class. Our enquiries were always answered quickly, competently and with a focus on finding solutions. You can tell straight away that they really think things through and that the customer is their priority.
This is exactly how you’d want a partnership to be: fast, professional and reliable. We highly recommend both the plugin and the team behind it!

The plugin is MEGA and the support is second to none.
Before this plugin came onto the market, I was using a rival product that I couldn’t get to grips with. The ACRIS plugin, on the other hand, is clearly structured and easy to understand, and it offers every feature you could possibly want.
I’d asked ACRIS if there was a way to apply robot settings to variants using a bulk edit function.
This request was actually fulfilled very promptly. Brilliant. I already have seven ACRIS plugins; they’re all superbly designed, reliable and come with top-notch customer service to boot.
