In the Shopware standard, the cookie banner does not provide any information about how many users gave which type of consent. An evaluation of cookie settings is therefore not possible.
This plugin extends the ACRIS EU Cookie Policy Pro plugin with an integrated statistics function:
Graphical and filterable analyses
The evaluation clearly shows how many visitors accepted all cookies, only functional cookies, selected cookies, or no cookies at all. Exact figures can be viewed via mouse-over. The analysis period can be flexibly defined, making it possible to identify both short-term trends and long-term developments.
Automatic data cleanup
To keep the database lean, statistical data can be automatically deleted after a freely definable period. By default, a retention period of 30 days is set.
GDPR-compliant and anonymous
The statistics record only the most recent consent per user session and do not store any personal data. This ensures that usage is fully GDPR-compliant.
Installation
- Open the Plugin Manger via Settings > System > Plugins
- Upload, install, and activate the plugin
- Requirement: The ACRIS EU Cookie Policy Pro plugin must be installed and active
Plugin configuration
- Sales channel
Select the sales channel for which the statistics apply - Delete cookie statistics entries after (days)

Defines how sessions are handled if users do not actively confirm the cookie banner. - Include one-time page views in cookie statistics
Determines whether single, short sessions without further interaction are included in the statistics.
Usage of the statistics
In the admin area under Settings > Extension > EU Cookie Policy Pro, the evaluation is displayed graphically. Using the mouse-over function, you can see how many users made which choice within the selected period.
The colours represent the users’ consent:- Blue: All cookies accepted
Button "Accept all cookies" clicked or all activated in "selected cookies" - Green: Only functional cookies accepted
Button "Accept only functional cookies" clicked or only technically required cookies accepted in the settings. - Orange: Selected cookies accepted
User activated only certain cookies in "cookie settings" - Red: No cookies accepted
Only possible if the cookie banner is not displayed in modal view. Includes users who did not give explicit consent.
