In the standard version of Shopware, it is not possible for customers to cancel their orders.
We have therefore developed a plugin that offers the following functions:
Allow cancellations only in defined order phases
With this plugin, it is possible to define payment, delivery, and order statuses in which the customer can cancel. An additional option will then appear in the three-dot menu of the order in the account area.
Prevent changing the payment method after the order is completed
An additional function has been added. Contrary to the Shopware standard, this makes it possible to prevent changes to the order once it has been completed.

Top Funktion, Top Service!
Das Plugin tut ganz hervorragend was es soll, und der Service ist erstklassig. Uns fehlte ein Zahlungsstatus, und der wurde völlig unkompliziert innerhalb eines Tages ergänzt. So muss das sein.
