Purpose of the plugin
The Store Locator plugin enhances the shop with a comprehensive branch and retailer search function featuring interactive Google Maps integration. Locations can be clearly displayed, and customers can be provided with all relevant information about branches, retailers or collection points.
Creating and managing branches and retailer groups
Branches, retailers and locations can be created and managed directly in the Shopware admin panel. Information such as contact details, opening hours, images or product ranges can be maintained. Additionally, groups can be created to clearly structure different branch types or brands.
The automatic calculation of geocoordinates simplifies management and ensures that locations are displayed correctly on the map.
Interactive store locator map with Google Maps
All branches can be clearly displayed on an interactive Google Maps map. Customers can quickly find locations by searching for a town or postcode and view important information directly on the map. Branches can also be filtered by distance to make it easier to find suitable retailers or collection points nearby.
For optimal display, Google Maps markers and map styles can be customised. Where there are many locations, the integrated marker clustering function ensures a clear display.
The integration of Google Maps is GDPR-compliant. Map content can only be loaded once visitors have given their consent, and integrated cookie and privacy notices ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Customised detail pages with experience zones
Customised detail pages can be created for each branch. A pre-designed experience zone layout for store detail pages enables quick integration into the shop and can be flexibly adapted to your own design.
Integration into customer accounts and the ordering process
The plugin offers functions for integrating branches into customer accounts and the ordering process. Customers can select and save a preferred branch. Furthermore, a store selection can be integrated directly into the checkout, for example for click-and-collect or collection processes.
Optimised for search engines
Individual SEO URLs, meta titles and meta descriptions can be set for branch and location pages. This allows individual location pages to be specifically optimised for search engines and made easier to find.

Keine Reaktion, keinerlei Kulanz
Wir hatten das Plugin nach erstem kurzem Test direkt wieder deaktiviert (die Funktionalität eines anderen Plugins passt besser für unsere Bedürfnisse). Als nach einem Monat die Warnung kam unser Store Locator sei nicht lizensiert habe ich natürlich gedacht es sei der Storelocator den wir in Betrieb hatten und habe direkt das (günstigere) Jahresabo bestellt. Als ich Minuten später bemerkte, dass das bestellte Plugin längst deaktiviert - nur noch nicht deinstalliert war habe ich direkt mit dem Shopware Kundenservice telefoniert und eine Rückrufbitte an Acris gesendet. Eine Rückmeldung habe ich nie erhalten - Nur die Rechnung über den Jahresbetrag. Statt es wenigstens auf ein Monatsabo zurückzustufen also null Kulanz oder Service.

Super Plugin und toller Support
Das Plugin macht genau was wir brauchen, ist intuitiv und einfach zu bedienen.
Aber das allerwichtigste ist der Support, bei allen Fragen hatten wir stets innert ein paar Stunden eine Antwort und bei der Anfrage einer Erweiterung wurde das zeitnah umgesetzt.
Ich kann dieses Plugin und diesen Hersteller nur empfehlen

Der Service ist hervorragend und hilft einem wirklich weiter auch wenns mal länger dauert (Ich bin ein Neuling mit Shopware 6)
