Purpose of the plugin
By default, Shopware offers only limited options for individual product configuration. Complex selection processes, dependent options or step-by-step user guidance are difficult to implement without additional extensions. With the Acris Product Configurator, products can be configured flexibly and user-friendly. Customers put together their desired product step by step, while shop operators retain full control over options, layout and logic.
Multi-level product
Products can be divided into several clear steps, e.g. colour, size, features or extras. Customers are guided through the configuration step by step and can keep track of their selection at all times.
Freely configurable options with different field
Individual options can be created for each step – as a single selection, checkbox, text field or other field types. This allows both simple and complex product configurations to be mapped flexibly.
Intelligent dependencies for realistic selection
Options can be automatically shown, hidden or blocked depending on previous selections. This means that customers only see options that really go together – for realistic and error-free configurations.
Dynamic price calculation
Price changes can be defined as absolute or percentage amounts and calculated either once or per item. The final price is automatically updated as soon as the customer changes their selection.
Flexible layout options
Several layout variants are available, e.g. prominent, compact or as a step-by-step view. The display can be individually adapted to the design of the shop, including tooltips, help texts and custom icons.
