Purpose of the plugin

With the Cross-Selling Plugin, matching accessories, consumables and complementary products can be displayed directly for a main item. This allows customers to quickly find useful additional products and conveniently purchase them together with the main product.

Targeted additional purchases directly with the product

Suitable accessories such as spare parts, consumables or complementary products can be displayed on the product page. They are assigned via dynamic product groups, which also allows larger product ranges to be managed efficiently and centrally.

Discounts for accessories when purchased together
Discounts can be set for additional products, which are automatically applied when they are purchased together with the main product.  The discount type and discount value can be set individually. In addition, texts can be defined for display in the shop, e.g. a note on the product detail page and a separate discount title in the order process.

Flexible display in the shop
The additional products can be flexibly positioned on the product page and displayed in various formats, for example as a list or tiles.

Additional information

To use the plugin, you must use ‘Cross-Selling’ in the standard version of Shopware 6.

When the ACRIS Cross-Selling plugin is activated, it replaces the standard view.

Installation

  • Call the Plugin Manager via Settings> System> Plugins

  • Upload, install and activate the plugin

Cross-selling settings

  1. Availability display options
    Determines the display of the availability of additional items
  2. Cross-selling product links (in list view and tile view)
    Determines how additional products are opened (e.g. as a modal or directly).
  3. Cross-selling products with variants (in list view)
    Controls whether variants of additional products are displayed individually.
  4. Display of product images in cross-selling (in list view)
    Determines whether images of additional products are displayed.
  5. Number of products displayed immediately (in list view)
    Determines how many additional products are directly visible.
  6. Hide variants from the price for global cross-selling
    Controls whether variant prices are included in the display.
  7. Display the original product name in the global cross-selling list view
    Determines whether the original product name is displayed.
  8. Display all variants in global cross-selling
    When active, all variants are displayed in global cross-selling.

Create cross-selling

Settings > Extensions > Cross-selling > Global cross-selling > Add global cross-selling

  1. Internal name
    Technical name of the cross-selling
  2. Name
    Title of the cross-selling displayed in the shop.
  3. Display
    Determines how the additional products are displayed in the shop (e.g. list or tile).
  4. Position
    Determines where the cross-selling is displayed on the product page.
  5. The cross-selling products defined below are displayed for these products (dynamic product group)
    Determines for which main products the cross-selling is displayed.
  6. Cross-selling products (dynamic product group)
    Determines which products are displayed as accessories or supplements.
  7. Sorting
    Defines the order in which the additional products are displayed.
  8. Maximum number of products
    Determines the maximum number of additional products that are displayed.

Cross-selling discount settings

  1. Cross-selling discount type
    Selects the type of discount

Frequently Asked Questions

Under "Settings > Import / Export" you will find the Shopware standard import / export. There is a profile "Default cross-selling". You can export cross-sellings with this profile. You can find the documentation for this at https://docs.shopware.com/de/shopware6-de/einstellungen/importexport. If you want to add the fields (layout and position) inserted by ACRIS, you can simply duplicate the Shopware profile and insert two additional fields "acrisCrossSellingDisplay.crossSellingDisplay" and "acrisCrossSellingDisplay.crossSellingLayout".
