Usage of the plugin
This plugin extends the Shopware standard in the area of currencies in the possibility to switch rule based the currency.Note: There should be rules on the client so that the currency switching works correctly.
2. under Settings > System > Currencies > e.g. USD > in the area Currency Switching assign the rule you just created.
In the frontend, as soon as the rule applies, the currency will be switched.
Use case 1: Different customers should use a certain currency in the frontend.
This is possible by creating a corresponding Rule Builder rule, where either the customer numbers are stored or, for example, tagged customers are grouped together. Then assign the rule to the relevant currency. As soon as the customer logs in, the currency is switched.
Use case 2: Customers from certain countries should order in a certain currency
Simply create an appropriate Rulebuilder rule (e.g. country of delivery / country of invoice = USA) and add e.g. USD as a rule for the relevant currency.

- The currencies must be assigned in the sales channel so that they can be applied.
- The rules must be configured so that a unique assignment is possible. (e.g. All customers with day X).
If several rules apply at the same time, then switching is not done according to priorities. - If the rules are to be based on content or totals, then the function must be explicitly switched on in the plugin configuration - this function is not recommended, as it can cause performance problems and a page reload must be performed by the user for the switch to be visible.

Support ist der Wahnsinn
Es gab am Anfang ein paar Probleme mit dem Plugin. Aber zusammen mit dem Support, wurde alles super schnell und professionell geändert, so dass hier jetzt ein Plugin vorliegt, dass genau das macht, was wir brauchen. Der Kunde kann die Währung oben auswählen. Sollte es vergessen gehen, wird spätestens beim Anmelden bzw. bei Eingabe der Lieferadresse, die Währung nach ausgewähltem Land automatisch ausgewählt. Dies kann man ganz einfach mit dem Rule Builder bestimmen. SUPER PLUGIN!!!
