How can I assign a separate email template to each form in the ACRIS Form Builder?

It is possible to use an individual email template per form. Follow these steps:

  1. Assign an internal ID to your form in the Shopping Experiences (Erlebniswelten) element settings.
  2. Create a rule with the condition "ACRIS Form Builder form with internal ID".
  3. Use this rule in the Flow Builder to assign the desired email template to the respective form.
Tip: The different email templates can be prepared in advance under Settings > Email Templates by duplicating and customising the "ACRIS Form builder" type.
