Purpose of the plugin
Maintaining and customising product data in Shopware is often time-consuming, especially for large catalogues. By default, there is no way to transfer data from an existing product to other products or to keep track of important key figures directly in the admin area.
We have therefore developed a plugin that offers the following functions:
Copying product data from an source product to existing products
With just a few clicks, selected data such as prices, categories, media or properties can be transferred from one source product to one or more existing products. This allows changes to be made centrally to one product and efficiently applied to other products.
Display of the sales identifier in the admin area
The sales identifier is displayed directly in the product overview in the admin area. In addition, a new filter option is available to find products specifically by sales identifier (yes/no/partial).
Display of the number of products per manufacturer
The number of products per manufacturer is displayed in the manufacturer overview in the admin area. This allows shop operators to keep track of their product range and evaluate or adjust manufacturer data in a targeted manner.
Installation
- Open Plugin Manager via Settings > System > Plugins.
- Upload, install and activate the plugin.
Copy product data
Settings > Extensions > Product Management > Copy Product Data
Product selection
- Source product
Select the product from which the data is to be transferred. - Add target product
Select one or more existing products to which the data will be transferred.
Data selection
- Select the data fields to be transferred from the list
Sales expert in the product overview
Catalogues > Products
- A new column, ‘Sales,’ has been added here.
- The ‘Sales’ field has also been added to the filter.

Catalogues > Manufacturers
- New column ‘Products (without variants)’ available in the manufacturer overview
- The number of products is also displayed under the manufacturer name in the manufacturer detail view.
