In the Shopware standard, there is no way to place important notices flexibly and visibly at different points in the checkout. Legal requirements or additional information are therefore difficult to implement.
We have therefore developed a plugin that offers the following features:
Additional notice texts in the checkout
Texts can be displayed at central points such as in the basket, in the off-canvas basket, at order completion, in the order confirmation or even in e-mail templates. This ensures that important information reaches customers at exactly the right time.
Checkbox function
Each notice can be supplemented with a checkbox. This can optionally be set as a mandatory field so that customers must actively confirm the notice.
Manage multiple notices
Any number of notices can be created and sorted by priority. This keeps the display clear, even when several texts are shown at the same time.
Rule-based control
Using the Rule Builder, it can be defined precisely when and for which customers notices should appear – for example, depending on the sales channel or basket content.
Data storage
All notices and checkbox information are stored directly in the order and can be traced or further processed at any time.

Super App & super Support
Wir wollten im Checkout die Möglichkeit anbieten, dass Kund*innen zustimmen können, ihre Bestellung in einem bereits verwendeten Umkarton zu erhalten. Diese Bestellungen sollten automatisch mit einem Tag versehen werden.
Anfangs wurde die Zustimmung jedoch in einem Zusatzfeld gespeichert, auf das im Flow nicht zugegriffen werden konnte. Der Support hat freundlicherweise super schnell reagiert und innerhalb weniger Tage ein Update veröffentlicht.
Jetzt funktioniert alles reibungslos!! ?

Gewusst wie!
Wir brauchten eine Möglichkeit, am Ende des Bestellvorgangs eine Einwillung vom Kunden für den Speditionsversand einzuholen. Und genau das war mit diesem Plugin möglich. Da es eine ganze Reihe von Möglichkeiten darüber hinaus bietet, bin ich mir sicher, dass wir auch noch an anderer Stelle Einsatzmöglichkeiten finden werden. Wie auch die übrigen Plugins von ACRIS die wir im Einsatz haben, ein wunderbar intuitives und leicht zu bedienendes Plugin.

Perfekt für wichtige Hinweise die nicht übergangen werden dürfen
Wir hatten im Shop immer wieder folgende Probleme:
1.
Firmenbesteller gaben den Firmennamen nicht korrekt an (z. B. fehlende Unternehmensform) - später nachdem die Rechnung versendet wurde, durften wir dann den Beleg stornieren und den Namen korrigieren.
2.
Trotz weg zu klickendem Hinweisfenster, wurde der Hinweis auf Betriebsferien übersehen. Wenn dann unter Umständen die Bestellung erst nach den Ferien versandt wurde, gab es Gemecker.
Beide Probleme konnten wir dank dieses Plugins erheblich reduzieren. Einfach entsprechende Hinweise mit Pflicht-Checkboxen im Checkout erstellt. Da die zugehörigen Hinweistexte über den Texteditor frei (und somit auffällig) gestaltbar sind, außerdem später noch in der Bestellung dokumentiert werden, gibt es keine Ausreden mehr für die jeweiligen Pappenheimer.
Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen, denn die Boxen können sogar über Regeln gesteuert werden.
