Purpose of the plugin
This plugin extends Shopware with targeted B2B registration and checkout controls. It allows you to restrict registrations to business customers, validates company details during the ordering process, and supports automatic assignment to B2B customer groups. This makes it easy and efficient to operate a shop exclusively as a B2B or reseller shop.Registration exclusively for business customers
The plugin allows private registration in the shop to be disabled. Customers can only register as businesses, making the shop ideal for B2B, wholesale and reseller portals. Optionally, the entry of a VAT number can also be made mandatory to validate company details during registration.
Validation of company addresses at checkout
During the ordering process, the system can check whether the billing and delivery addresses contain company details. If company information is missing, the order completion is automatically disabled. This ensures that only business orders can be completed.
Automatic B2B customer group assignment
Newly registered business customers can be automatically assigned to a defined B2B customer group. This allows B2B customers to be organised automatically in a structured manner.

Installation
- Open the Plugin Manager via Settings > System > Plugins
- Upload, install and activate the plugin
Plugin configuration
Extensions > My Extensions > Business Customers Only Registration > Configure
- Activate plugin
Enables or disables the plugin for the relevant sales channel. - Prevent private registration
Prevents registration as a private customer. Customers can only register as business customers.
In the Shopware default configuration, the VAT number field can be set as a mandatory field for each country under Settings > Countries. - Disable order if no company is found in the billing address
