With our plugin, you can choose from a variety of date formats. Including language-dependent formats. For example, the date can be displayed as ‘31/12/2026’ in English and as ‘31/12/26’ in German. This makes it easy to provide for international formats. You also have the option of simply hiding the delivery date for products for which the release date is in the future.
With our plugin, you have complete creative freedom! Not only can you select the date format, but you can also freely determine the text that is displayed in front of it. And if you want to make the whole thing stand out, you can also adjust the text and background colour to suit your taste.
Firstly, select the sales channel and decide where the release date should be displayed - in the product listing, at the checkout or in both places.
You can then use the colour pickers to select the text and background colour or alternatively enter hex codes.
Use a drop-down menu to select the date format, which can be customised depending on the language of the storefront.
By default, Shopware displays the delivery period. With our plugin, you have the option of hiding the delivery period for products with a future release date. You can easily set this using the dropdown option.
Finally, you can customise the text in front of the date as you wish and configure it in multiple languages.
Once you have made these customisations, set the release date for your products and it will be displayed according to your settings, as shown in the screenshots.
When you place an order, the release date is also displayed for the corresponding product under the orders.
