Purpose of the Plugin

This plugin extends Shopware with a digital withdrawal form that allows customers to submit withdrawal requests online. It supports both registered customers and guest orders. Withdrawal eligibility is validated based on configurable rules, allowing the withdrawal process to be adapted to individual requirements.

Digital Withdrawal Form
The plugin provides a withdrawal form in the storefront that enables customers to submit their withdrawal requests online. The form can be used by both registered customers and guest customers.

Configurable Withdrawal Eligibility
Withdrawal eligibility can be defined based on order or shipping status. In addition, the withdrawal period can be configured, and an optional delay after a status change can be applied. Before a withdrawal request is submitted, the plugin automatically checks whether the configured conditions are met.

Management of Withdrawal Requests
All submitted withdrawal requests are stored in the Shopware administration and can be managed there. Customers can also view an overview of their submitted withdrawal requests in their customer account.

Notifications and Automation
Multilingual email templates are available for new withdrawal requests. In addition, the plugin provides a dedicated Flow Builder event that can be used to implement custom automation and workflows.
